9. Driver Training Liability Disclaimer

Pine Valley Driving Academy exercises reasonable care in the provision of in‑car and in‑class driver training. However, by participating in any training offered by the Company, You acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. The Company shall not be held responsible or liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or expenses arising during or as a result of driver training activities, including but not limited to:

•       Damage to vehicles (Company‑owned or privately owned)
•       Property damage
•      Personal injury or bodily harm
•     Collisions, incidents, or accidents involving third parties
•     Mechanical failures occurring during or after training

2.  Participation in driver training is undertaken at Your own risk. 

3. You are required to follow all instructions provided by the instructor and comply with all applicable laws, safety requirements, and operational  guidelines.

4. The Company shall not be liable for any consequences arising from Your driving performance, conduct, or decision‑making during or after training sessions.
5. This limitation of liability applies to all training environments, including public roads, private property, parking lots, and any other location where training may occur.
